Just a few of our Gastons, Lefou, a couple Belles, and the Beast. Each Belle had one of her
trademark possessions with her. some had her ever present books to read and some had the red
rose. The clothing ranged from very bright to very subdued colors, but all the accessories added to
the complete look for each character.
Here Belle is dancing with the young king. She is also still reading those very important books
and guarding the red rose so that it doesn’t lose its petals.
The Enchantress had the rose, ready to give to the young king, but he had already rejected the rose
and was soon cursed. Belle is making her way to the castle to live in the Beast’s household. Gaston
is planning his revenge on the Beast and will soon bring the townspeople to fight the Beast and take
Belle back to marry him.

The Enchantress. Do you think she
knows the way to the castle? She just
wants the young prince to show a little
kindness.
Our photographer, Matthew, documented all the activity for the
day. Just to the left of him you can see the edge of Chip, the
teacup. His mother made his costume and it was absolutely
adorable.
This is only a portion of the group that gathered to celebrate the premier day of the Beauty and the
Beast live action movie. We had a very diverse group of characters and a very fun day.
