Would you ever think you could close Disney for a year. No Disney shows, rides, fireworks, or parades. Walt Disney World was closed for Dapper Day in May of 2020. We had no Disney tickets so we could not make it to Dapper Day in November of 2020 or April of 2021. We are waiting for the fun to come back and then we will get a new ticket. But others are going to the park after a year of being closed. Sorry for our friends that worked at Disney and had no job but good to hear that some are now called back to work. It’s been a trying time for the earth and many countries. We have friends that worked at Disney and live in Germany and so sad to see them with the virus and have had to lock down many times. Our friends in other countries that went through so much. We had friends that lost a young family member. So we hope you still stay safe and please remember the virus is still with us and could come back. Just be safe and cautious so we can see you at the next Dapper Day.

We had people copy the banner we always make and put it over their home photo. Dapper Day from Home was the way we all celebrated in Mayof 2020. Others posted a picture of what they had planned to wear or some just dressed up and posted a very cool picture. Thanks to all of you that sent us your photo.

Jessica is now back to work at Disney. We are so sad we had to miss getting a picture with her and her mom and dad. They dress so nice and we love the 1940 and 1950 look they wear so well. This time it looks like she is going for the late 1950’s or 1960’s. By the way mom and baby are doing fine. We hope soon we can get pictures of the new family.

So Joanie made her dress and we embroiderd the ice cream bars. We did not get to wear this for this Dapper Day so you can see us at Disney Springs on the November Dapper Day eve wearing these outfits. We also made masks to match.

Crystal, known to us as Doozer, can always find a fashionable way to celebrate Dapper Day, whether Disney World is closed or not. She looks like she had a comfortable picnic to celebrate the weekend.
