Disney Springs Gertie Dress Day

Not only did Carolyn take some stunning photos, she got caught in few of them herself. She was so busy concentrating on her craft, she probably didn’t know that someone was catching her on their cameras.
Who couldn’t resist these lovely ladies? Each of them sewed their own dress, and each did a wonderful job. And just look at those model poses that they have perfected!
This lady, who is rarely seen on camera, was enjoying the day, kicking up her heels and showing off the perfect fit of her dress. (Dress made by Marina.)
And then, when you throw in a few handsome men and a child or two, it looks like the perfect end to a lovely day.
Strolling across the pedestrian bridge in Disney Springs.
These were a couple lovely ladies who chose not to try to squeeze another dressmaking challenge into their busy schedules, but managed to make it to the photo opportunity anyhow. They still dressed lovely, and Bruce looks like he was happy just to be there, too. And why not, with such a pretty lady in arm’s reach.
Some of our men seemed bored with the proceedings, except whan a pretty girl strolled by. Some were content just to be there, and still others were making the best of every photo chance available. That old guy with the camera seemed like he was having a good time taking “candid” shots of everybody in sight.
This mommy and her friend managed to bring along an extra for the photo shoot. I’m not sure how excited the little one was to be there, but he added a lot to the picture.
Richard brought along some of his steampunk attire, and it was fun to get him in some photos with the ladies and their dresses.
When you get a group of seamstresses together in pretty dresses, and in a beautiful setting, you get a colorful photo where everyone looks pretty!
