About Us

We are just two people looking back.

That’s right, we love looking back in time and remembering the old days. How we traveled route 66 and mom would pour milk in a thing like a very small cereal box on the tailgate of a Rambler car just like this one.

We lived with just 3 television stations and

some towns only had two.

Joanie had two stations in Great Falls, Montana. CBS and NBC would share the main shows on one station. I lived in Los Angeles, California and we had all three and two others. We also had a thing called UHF and you could get old shows from the early 1950’s on it. You had to have a UHF antenna. Ask your grandparents about rabbit ears. They’ll know what you mean. Now we watch television on that television box or the new thing called the flat screen. We catch old shows like the Jack Benny show, What’s My Mine, I’ve Got a Secret. Now the Johnny Carson Tonight Show is in reruns. Give them a try sometime. They’re nice clean shows.
